Exchange & Return

  • Since each of our pieces is handmade and made to order, we do not offer an exchange or return policy.

  • For each order, you may:

    • Select a standard size as per the size chart available on the product page (all pieces come with margins), or

    • Share your measurements with us through the Custom Fit tab under the size option.

  • You may also share your measurements after placing the order via WhatsApp at +91 9819303286, along with your order number.

  • Please note: Occasional slubs and gentle shading in the fabrics are not defects. These are natural characteristics of our special dyeing and washing process, giving each piece a unique look.

LABEL NIYAMI can exchange sizes of the same product. Our products are also eligible for a style change. 
For exchange please notify us within 24hours of delivery.

Terms & Conditions

  • For alteration assistance, kindly email us at labelniyami@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9819303286 with the product code, order number, and size within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the alteration process.

  • Alterations are chargeable at ₹350 + delivery charges.

  • All made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Products purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items purchased from our website do not qualify for return unless the product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

  • In case of duplicate payments for the same order, the excess amount (less payment gateway charges, if any) will be refunded within 15 business days.

Exceptions

  • All garments undergo strict Quality Control (QC) before dispatch.

  • In the unlikely event that:

    • The piece is damaged: Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof (images, etc.).

    • You receive an incorrect product: Please inform us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Once verified and approved by our QC team, a replacement piece will be created and shipped within 7–10 days.

  • Returned items must be:

    • In the same condition as received.

    • With all tags and packaging intact.

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Refunds

  • Refunds, where applicable, will only be provided in the form of a Credit Note.

  • Credit Notes are issued as a voucher sent to your registered email.

  • Credit Notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on future purchases with Label Niyami.

Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • In such cases, a full refund in the form of a Credit Note (valid for 3 months) will be issued.

  • Label Niyami reserves the right to inspect the condition of products before processing any Credit Notes.
